Digital Products (Courses, Meditations, Downloads)
All digital products, including but not limited to online courses, guided meditations, downloadable materials, and recorded sessions, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once access has been granted or the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Live Programs & Group Coaching
For live programs, workshops, and group coaching sessions recordings of the live sessions and group coaching sessions may be made available for individuals who miss the sessions due to unavoidable circumstances. Such requests should be communicated 24 hours before the session start time. Recordings may be provided for individuals who could not attend live if they have communicated ahead of time. Such recordings may be shared in 24 to 72 hours.
No refunds will be provided for individuals who miss the live sessions, workshops, and group coaching. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
1:1 Coaching Sessions
Sessions can be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations of the scheduled session are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed or completed sessions.
